MG-FRB bronze mesh with polymer self-lubricating bearing is manufactured using a high-strength steel backing, a sintered bronze mesh layer, and a PTFE-based polymer composite with lead-free solid lubricants. This design offers excellent wear resistance, low friction, high load capacity, and good thermal conductivity. The bearing operates effectively under dry, lubricated, or boundary lubrication conditions, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.


◆ Features

Suitable for dry running, oil or grease lubrication, and even under boundary lubrication conditions. Provides low coefficient of friction (0.05–0.12), low wear rate, and good sliding characteristics.

Suitable for rotary, oscillating, and linear movements. The sintered bronze mesh layer acts as a reservoir for solid lubricants and improves heat dissipation. Performs well under high static and dynamic loads. Excellent resistance to shock loads and edge loading.

1. PTFE-based polymer mixture with solid lubricants (0.01–0.03mm)

2. Sintered porous bronze mesh (0.2–0.4mm)

3. Steel backing (low-carbon steel) – thickness 0.7–2.3mm

4. Tin-plating or copper-plating on outer diameter (0.005–0.008mm)
